We’re looking for a Production General Hand who wants to be part of a supportive and safety-focused team. You don’t need experience just the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and want to contribute to a team.

The role is fulltime based in Thornton, NSW.

As a Production General Hand, you will:

• Assist in assembling components or parts according to specifications provided by the production team.
• Set up and operate various machines
• Assist or perform mould changes, start-ups, and shutdowns.
• Perform manual tasks such as lifting, packing, sorting, and labelling of products
• Inspect goods and materials for defects or irregularities during the production process, report discrepancies, and collaborate with the relevant departments to resolve any issues.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical or process issues.
• Record production data and perform light preventative maintenance.
• Comply with all safety and environmental standards.
• Keep production area clean, organised, and free of clutter.
